The contact forms on the website ( are used for the sole purpose of starting your enquiry with us at Shepperson Wedding Films via email. Your personal information will never be passed on to third parties and it will remain only with us.


Contract/ Booking forms:

When clients would like to go ahead with a booking we will compile a booking form/ contract to email over to the clients for reference on what service they are purchasing and the payment plan for the chosen package. Information such as clients names, home address and contact phone numbers are collected and input into these forms. This personal data will not be shared with any third parties.


Comments on Social Media:

With your permission we share all of our wedding film highlights trailers online, this is for marketing purposes and so our clients can share these films with all their desired friends and family (according to their own privacy settings in the social media application).

With our clients permission we will then tag your name into the posting so you can share with your desired friends and family. Social media comments on our work may be shared for marketing purposes such as a review & feedback quotations.

All computers in relation to the business are password protected with real-time antivirus software. Emails for the business are protected by Authenticated SMTP which allows emails to be sent through Register365 mail servers, using a username and password. We also have our website protected with a Premium SSL Certificate which means any information transferred through our website is encrypted ensuring confidentiality for the enquirer. Any physical paperwork in connection to your enquiry and booking is kept secure under lock and key.


What third parties we receive data from

We may receive information about potential bookings via our collaboration deal with Neal Laver Photography and permission to do this is provided from those customers of Neal Laver Photography so that they can benefit from the relevant discounts available. We may also receive direct enquiries from potential clients via websites such as or where we are listed for hire as videographers. These third party websites and the businesses running them are responsible for their own GDPR and data privacy complying.


What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Any user data obtained for analytics purposes or marketing is strictly not shared with any third parties unless asked to do so by the client or person enquiring with us. This information is only used to better the experience of our website and improve the number of sales/bookings we can obtain.


Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

Any person not wanting to be included in the wedding day filming can let me know at any time and will therefore not be included in any videos. The clients can let me know in advance of their wedding day, or after filming has taken place, if any of their guests wish not to be included in the wedding videos. It is the clients responsibility to check that each guest or the parents/ legal guardians of a person are happy to be filmed on their wedding day and included in any wedding videos that are edited together as part of the booking for the clients to enjoy as a product, or for us as the business (trading as Shepperson Wedding Films) to use for marketing purposes to promote our services.
